Go to Profile → scroll down to the Danger Zone section → tap "Restore Purchase." This restores your purchase from Apple's records without charging you again.
Go to Profile → My Progress section → tap "Reset All Progress." Note this cannot be undone.
Go to Profile → Learning section → tap "Coach Voice" to see available voices. For better quality voices go to iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English and download an Enhanced voice.
Go to Profile → Haptics section → select "Off."
Yes — all lesson content works completely offline. No internet connection required.

Raise Ready Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription to cancel. For refund requests please contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com as all purchases are processed through the App Store.
