Privacy Policy

We designed Raise Ready to collect as little information as possible. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or any account information
• Your location
• Advertising identifiers or device fingerprinting
• Tracking across other apps or websites
• Any information that could personally identify you

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising.

All of your course progress, practice stats, streaks, and app settings are stored locally on your device only. We have no server copy of your learning data. If you delete the app, that data is permanently removed.

Starting with version 1.1.0, Raise Ready sends anonymous usage events to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. Examples include "lesson started," "practice hand finished," or "paywall viewed."

These events include only non-identifying details, such as a lesson number or whether an answer was correct. They are not linked to any identity and contain no personal information or persistent device identifiers.

Analytics are processed by Aptabase, an open-source, privacy-first analytics service hosted in the European Union.

You can opt out any time. Turn off "Share Anonymous Usage Data" in the app under Profile → Privacy. When disabled, no analytics events are sent at all.

Also starting with version 1.1.0, if the app crashes, a technical report is sent to Sentry with EU data residency so we can diagnose and fix bugs. This report may include the stack trace, device model, OS version, and app version.

Crash reports are configured to exclude personal information and are not linked to any identity.

The one-time "Raise Ready Pro" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

Raise Ready is an educational product and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
