Raise Ready is a poker learning application developed to help users learn Texas Hold'em poker strategy. This privacy policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
The App collects minimal information necessary to provide its core functionality.
Locally Stored Data (On Your Device Only)
- Lesson progress and completion status
- Quiz scores and drill performance
- XP points and streak data
- Selected narration voice preference
- Sound and narration on/off settings
This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently deleted.
Purchase Information
If you purchase Raise Ready Pro, the transaction is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation that a valid purchase was made so that Pro features can be unlocked on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Raise Ready does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Your location
- Your device's advertising identifier
- Any biometric data
- Any information that could personally identify you
No Advertising
Raise Ready does not display advertisements and does not share any data with advertising networks or third-party advertisers.
No Account Required
Raise Ready does not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. All features are accessible without providing any personal information.
Voice and Audio Features
The narration feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. This processing happens entirely on your device. No audio is recorded, transmitted, or stored.
Children's Privacy
Raise Ready is intended for users who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.
Data Security
Since all user data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers, your information is as secure as your device itself.
Your Rights
Since the App does not collect personal information or store data outside your device, there is no external data to provide, correct, or delete. You can clear all locally stored progress at any time using the "Reset Progress" option in the App's Profile settings, or by deleting the App entirely.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
